Michael & Christina's Antigua Vacation
On April 24, Christina and I took a week-long vacation to Antigua staying at cocobay resort. After going to Italy last year and waking up at 6:00 a.m. every morning, we wanted the complete opposite. This all-inclusive resort offered stunning views of the Caribbean, great weather, and wonderful food. We spent most our vacation reading on the beach while watching hundreds of sailboats sail past (we went during Antigua's annual Sail Week).

This is Christina and me on a catamaran we took around the island.

This is a view of the villas of cocobay resort. Ours was right on the ocean.
This was our villa. Notice the hammock -- if it weren't for the mosquitos we
would have slept there!

This is looking out of our villa onto the bay.

This is another shot of our porch.

This is a shot of the beach we used. You can see the restaurant in the distance.
This a view from the restaurant down onto the beach.

This is Christina reading a book in the shade. With the amount of time we spent
in the shade and wearing #48 sunblock every day, we still got good tans.

This is the view we had from the beach.

This is the catamaran we used to circumnavigate the island.

Okay, so it is not as impressive as the catamaran above, but this is me on a
sunfish.

This is cocobay's pool.

This is the bar. To the left is the restaurant (not pictured) and directly ahead
(also not pictured) was the pool.

This is Warren, Christina and Tim -- new friends who we met at cocobay.
