YES! All of our Realtors have extensive experience in getting you to the most qualified lender! There are even a few AFRS approved lenders that can assist you with all of your needs.
What does your service cost?
It is FREE for your use. We pay our bills through membership fee’s and referral fees.
How do I know I am getting a good Realtor and not someone just out to make a buck off of the military? (What do I need to join your organization?)
We were founded by and are run by Spouses of Military members and retired military members. The founder is a reservist and his fiancee is on active duty. Our Realtors aren’t people doing real estate part time or just because they had nothing else to do in retirement. Here is a list of minimum requirements:
Sold $15 million in real estate over the last 5 years
Be either the spouse of and active duty member, retired active duty, or have a proven clientele that is military with good references
Be willing to have your clients contacted by AFRS for a follow up interview and evaluation.
Either the agent or their assistant has to have intermediate computer knowledge to assure that the latest technologies are used to insure the fastest possible selection of a new home for AFRS clients.
Have MLS access
Full time RealtorŪ! There are no AFRS agents that are part time, or don’t take real estate seriously. Part timers have no ability to stay current with the housing market or current lending options.

Why should we select your service when there are so many other people out there offering good deals?
We don’t buy business. We are here to be honest and up front with our customers. We will get you the best possible "deal," but more importantly to us, we want you to have the safest, fastest, and most hassle free transaction possible.
We work with only the most experience agents in a market place. Although affiliating with a company is easier, that does not always give us the flexibility to get you the best possible RealtorŪ!
We have chosen the Internet as the "home base" for out company. We are not focused on any particular geographic area, but on you the customer. We leave the area specialties to the specific RealtorŪ that we have in that part of the country.
We have an intimate knowledge of the stress of selling and purchasing homes in the short time frame that the military can give you. Not only do we give outstanding real estate service, we understand the pressure of a PCS.
We’re free. We have no gimmicks. We pride ourselves in giving people great service with honesty and integrity.
How much longer does it take to go through AFRS as opposed to interviewing agents on our own?
We should save you as much as a few weeks. We start getting preliminary information on you before your RealtorŪ even calls you. We have taken ever possible step to save you time and effort.
What if we don’t like our RealtorŪ?
Just call us. Although this doesn’t happen very often, there are personality clashes. Please let us know. Our job isn’t done until you are happy with the RealtorŪ you are working with. If possible we would like to get more information from you in this situation so that we can overt that happening in the future.
Is there anyway to save some money….we were not planning on moving and don’t have much equity in our home?
We have a plan to save you some money. If you refer us to anyone else that uses us to buy or sell a home, we will give you a credit of 5% of the RealtorsŪ commission due to AFRS when you buy or sell in appreciation of the referral. Unfortunately that is all we are able to do as we already are trying to get you the best rates possible. We will also discuss rental options if you can not afford to sell your home at this time. Again, we are here to look out for what is in your best interest, not ours.
