YES! All of our Realtors have extensive experience in getting you to the most qualified lender! There are even a few AFRS approved lenders that can assist you with all of your needs.

What does your service cost?

It is FREE for your use. We pay our bills through membership fee’s and referral fees.

How do I know I am getting a good Realtor and not someone just out to make a buck off of the military? (What do I need to join your organization?)

We were founded by and are run by Spouses of Military members and retired military members. The founder is a reservist and his fiancee is on active duty. Our Realtors aren’t people doing real estate part time or just because they had nothing else to do in retirement. Here is a list of minimum requirements:

How long does it take to get a response?

How much longer does it take to go through AFRS as opposed to interviewing agents on our own?

We should save you as much as a few weeks. We start getting preliminary information on you before your RealtorŪ even calls you. We have taken ever possible step to save you time and effort.

What if we don’t like our RealtorŪ?

Just call us. Although this doesn’t happen very often, there are personality clashes. Please let us know. Our job isn’t done until you are happy with the RealtorŪ you are working with. If possible we would like to get more information from you in this situation so that we can overt that happening in the future.

Is there anyway to save some money….we were not planning on moving and don’t have much equity in our home?

We have a plan to save you some money. If you refer us to anyone else that uses us to buy or sell a home, we will give you a credit of 5% of the RealtorsŪ commission due to AFRS when you buy or sell in appreciation of the referral. Unfortunately that is all we are able to do as we already are trying to get you the best rates possible. We will also discuss rental options if you can not afford to sell your home at this time. Again, we are here to look out for what is in your best interest, not ours.
