Web Development/General Consulting
It is difficult to find Web development and consulting rates as low as ours. At $75 an hour, we charge well below the industry average. Yet, as you can see from our Examples page, we produce topnotch, award-winning Web sites.
OCS does not charge customers for on the job training -- if we get stuck on some technical issue, we don't charge the customer for the time. Some contractors will change their hourly rate for one five minute phone call. With OCS, time is billed in 15-minute increments, and for quick calls or small jobs, OCS does not charge their clients.
Graphics Design
First impressions last, and it is important to make the right impression to your Web audience. Just as important as layout and site design is graphics. Graphics must be eye-catching, but not too eye-catching. They must be original and quick to load. OCS has extensive experience in graphics and make any site stick out.
OCS provides competitive rates with their graphic design. Designing original buttons for a home page can be as low as $100. A logo can cost as low as $200.
Resume/Candidate Screening
Anyone can look good on paper - but how can you be sure that the network manager
or database administrator you are hiring has the knowledge they need? OCS has
a network of experts in fields ranging from networking, to database administration,
to programming.
To use this service, the customer will provide OCS the different areas of experience
they need (such as NT administration, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 and SQL Server
7.0). OCS can than screen resumes, interview candidates, or both. For our interviews,
we have a set list of questions for each area of experience. After the interview,
OCS will provide the candidate's score.
