Michael O'Brien is the Computer Systems Manager for the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Running an NT/Linux network with over 100 users, he has vast experience in networking, administration, and Web site development. In this position, his accomplishments include:

Before working for the Carnegie Endowment, Mr. O'Brien worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. In this position, he developed and maintained the Rural Development Intranet. The Intranet has 24 different Web applications including on-line forms, threaded discussion groups, document libraries, site-licensed software downloads and on-line training.

O'Brien Consulting Services is run as a side-business. First started in 1996, OCS was founded to broaden Mr. O'Brien's experience with Web development. Since then, OCS has shown considerable growth each year. Working with partners as large as CNN, and clients such as the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, OCS has experience with all size companies and organizations.

Mr. O'Brien holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.
